The county is the economic and cultural heart of Leonida. where the money flows, the clubs stay open until dawn, and the beaches are packed with hundreds of NPCs during the day. Trailer footage shows Vice-Dale County's dense urban environment in extraordinary detail: multi-lane boulevards thick with traffic, culturally distinct neighborhoods with their own architectural character, and elevated highways offering ocean views.
